From an early age Kelly Coulter became fascinated with makeup and developed a strong passion for creativity. With a career spanning over two decades, Kelly’s enthusiasm for her craft, attention to detail, technical versatility and easy-going attitude has led to great artist-client relationships. She loves to transform and create fabulous makeup looks- subtle or bold, always prepared for every job to create any look that is needed. Kelly works as a makeup artist in editorial, commercial, advertising and TV. She has also worked with musical artists that includes: Blake Shelton, Luke Combs and Cole Swindell.
Kelly works in front of the camera as a beauty expert and has collaborated with brands including L’Oréal, Stila, Neutrogena, Revlon, Aquaphor and Physicians Formula, to name a few.
Kelly is based in NYC and is able to travel worldwide.
